Alexandra Miele is a Managing Director and Partner with Hierax Wealth Partners. Alex’s fifteen years of service in the wealth management industry has focused on advocating for her clients throughout every permutation of their financial lives. Alex prides herself in finding solutions for her clients’ seemingly unsolvable problems, while providing a patient presence throughout each client’s unique journey.

Alex specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families, coordinating closely with their team of legal and tax professionals to help ensure that each client’s unique needs are handled with every detail in mind. Alex prides herself on providing full-service solutions to our affiliated partners using a specialized suite of services – shifting the onus of coordination and organization onto our team.

Throughout her career, Alex has also maintained her passion for working with women - often during or following the traumatic event such as a divorce or a loss of a partner. It is Alex’s personal goal to bring down the barriers that prevent women from fully participating in financial conversations through education and financial empowerment. Alex recently partnered with Hightower’s corporate team and social media influencer Jo Franco to create a series of videos dispelling the “myths” of what it’s like to work with a financial advisor – with the goal of advancing financial literacy across a new generation of investors.

Prior to founding Hierax Wealth Partners, Alex served as Chief Business Development Officer for a tenured team with over a billion dollars within the Hightower enterprise. Alex also spent five years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where she focused on the development of investment and retirement plans for high-net-worth individuals and their families.

Alex has been highlighted by Forbes on both their 2024 lists of “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” and “2024 Top Women Wealth Advisors—Best in State.” She has also been recognized by Forbes on their 2017 and 2018 lists of “America’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors” and on their 2019, 2022, and 2023 lists of “Best in State Next-Gen Advisors.” Alex was a finalist for RIA Intel’s 2022 “Advisor of the Year” award and was listed as one of Connecticut Magazine’s “40 Under 40—The Best and Brightest of Generation Next” in 2013.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut College with a double major in Economics and Government. She also holds her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation as well as her Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licenses.

In addition to her commitment to her clients and her practice, Alex is proud to represent Hightower as an authority amongst industry professionals. Throughout her tenured career, Alex has been a featured speaker for Barron’s, the RIA Institute, the Investments and Wealth Institute, Gilead Sciences, Planning with a Purpose, Tunxis Community College, and Three Rivers Community College.
